At Myma Kids, we do our best to ensure your order reaches you quickly, safely, and in perfect condition.

Order Processing

All orders are processed and dispatched as soon as possible from our facility in Kerala, India. Most orders are shipped within 1–2 business days of placing the order.
You will receive an email or SMS notification with your tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery timelines vary depending on your location:

South India: 3–5 business days

Rest of India: 5–7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be slightly delayed due to factors beyond our control such as courier delays, weather conditions, or public holidays.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly mentioned on our website or during checkout.

Address & Delivery

Please make sure to provide the complete and accurate shipping address at the time of checkout. Once the order is shipped, address changes cannot be made.
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or repeated missed deliveries, the order may be returned to us, and reshipping charges may apply.

Tracking Your Order

You can track your order using the tracking link sent via email/SMS once your order has been shipped.
